Who can apply for the moratorium?
Companies and Freelancers whose activity has not been suspended due to the state of alarm.
How long is the moratorium? Does it have interests?
The term granted is 6 months without interest.
What quotas are affected?
For companies, fees accrued in the months of April, May and June.
For the self-employed, fees accrued in the months of May, June and July.
How and in what period is requested?
It is requested through the DIRECT NETWORK SYSTEM.
It must be requested within the first 10 calendar days within the entry period (not applicable with respect to quotas whose entry period has ended).
Who cannot request it?
Companies that have obtained exemption from the payment of the business contribution to Social Security may not request the Moratorium due to the request and granting of the Employment Regulation File (ERTE), due to the Alarm State.
