Legal figures do not forget you.
I am self-employed, can I qualify for any help?
Yes, they may choose if you are a self-employed or self-employed worker and your activity has been suspended by RD 8/2020 of March 14. They may also choose when their billing in the month prior to which the benefit is requested is reduced by at least 75 percent in relation to the billing average of the previous semester.
What requirements must I meet?
1. Be affiliated and registered in Social Security
2. If you are not within the activities suspended by the Royal Decree, you must prove the reduction in your billing by at least 75 percent, in relation to that made in the previous semester.
3. Be up to date with social security payments. However, if you are not, you can wear it and you will also receive the benefit.
How long is the benefit?
It will have a duration of 1 month, extending, where appropriate, until the last day of the month in which the alarm state ends. The time of its collection will be understood as listed and will not reduce the periods of benefit for cessation of activity to which the beneficiary may be entitled in the future.
How much is the benefit that I will receive?
The amount of the benefit will be 70 percent of the regulatory base. When the minimum contribution period to be entitled to the benefit is not accredited, the amount of the benefit will be equivalent to 70 percent of the minimum contribution base in the Special Regime of Social Security for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers.
Can I receive this benefit if I am receiving another?
No, the perception will be incompatible with any other benefit of the Social Security system.
